"Solid deal for the food"
The prices were fair and the portions were good too. Nothing fancy, but definitely a good value for what you get.

"Decent food, but not as clean as I expected"
The food was fine, but compared to other places I usually go, the dining area felt a bit messier than I’d like. Our table was sticky, and there was some trash near the drink area, which kind of took away from the experience. The staff was nice though, so that helped.

"The wait really wasn’t bad"
I went in kind of expecting there to be a decent line, so I feel like I had reasonable expectations. But it moved a lot faster than I thought it would. The food came out quick too, which was a nice surprise. The staff definitely looked busy, but they kept everything moving, so I can’t really complain. I was in and out without any hassle.

I ordered from Joella's and picked the hot level, thinking it would be manageable. Not sure why I was so confident, because it definitely had more of a kick than I expected. The chicken was fresh and really tasty, but I do wish the spice guide was a little clearer for first-timers like me. I still enjoyed it a lot and would order again, though I’ll probably be honest with myself and go one level down next time.

Ordered Joella’s again since it’s one of those spots my family and I usually go for when we’re craving comfort food. This time everything was actually correct, even the sides, which was a nice surprise. It did take a little longer than I expected, but nothing was missing, so I was happy overall.

"Helpful support when my order got mixed up"
My order wasn’t showing up correctly on joellas.com, so I reached out to customer service to get it sorted out. They replied quickly and fixed the issue without turning it into some huge hassle, which I appreciated.
I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to explain the same thing twice, and that’s a little frustrating when the details are straightforward. But at the end of the day, they were polite, helpful, and got the problem taken care of.

"The sides were a little hit or miss for me"
I tried a few sides from Joella’s hoping they’d be just as good as the main stuff, but they were kind of hit or miss for me. The mac was decent, and I liked it enough, but the fries got soggy faster than I expected. The greens were okay too, just needed a bit more flavor in my opinion. Nothing was terrible, but I walked away feeling like I expected a little more.

"Tasty Chicken, Just a Bit Salty"
I tried Joella’s for the first time the chicken had really good flavor. Compared to some hot chicken places where it feels like they’re just trying to burn your mouth, this actually had a nice spice to it with some real seasoning behind it.
The only downside was that a few bites were a little saltier than I’d prefer. It wasn’t enough to ruin it, though, and overall I thought it was tasty. I’d definitely order again, especially if I’m in the mood for something with more flavor than the usual chicken spot.

"The chicken was honestly really good"
I ended up trying the chicken kind of last minute because I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to eat, and I’m glad I did. It was super juicy and not dry at all, which is always the thing I worry about with chicken. I was just eating it at home after a long day, so maybe I appreciated it even more, but yeah, it was really good.
